The less fortunate are having a doubly difficult time these days. That is why Lions Club IJsedal Tervuren has been organizing a food collection for 37 years now.

The collected food is distributed by Voedselhulp Druivenstreek among the needing people and families of our region - Tervuren, Huldenberg, Overijse and Hoeilaart.

How can you help ?

You can easily support by ordering a food package on this webshop. The ordered packages are delivered by us directly to Voedselhulp Druivenstreek.

Prepare a pack (a cardboard box is perfect) with non-perishable foodstuffs such as pasta, rice, milk, sugar, canned vegetables, soup (tin, cardboard on powder), canned fruit, jam,... whose expiration date more than 3 weeks after the action day. Tape the Lions-for-Food envelope to your letterbox on Saturday morning, December 20, before 10 a.m. We organize a collection round that day between 10 am and 12:30 pm and ring the bell where we see the envelope.
